Last Updated: June 20261. Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility
Fireleaf Solutions Co., Ltd. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive online experience and are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website in line with international standards.
We believe that every person should be able to browse our tours, access information, and make bookings regardless of ability or the technology they use.
↑ Back to top2. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
Current status: Partially conformant. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of our website may not fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria. We are actively working to address known gaps and improve our conformance level.
↑ Back to top3. Accessibility Features Implemented
We have implemented the following accessibility features on our website:
- Skip-to-content link: A skip navigation link is available at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation and jump directly to the main content.
- ARIA landmarks and labels: We use ARIA landmarks (navigation, main, footer) and descriptive labels throughout the site to help screen readers identify page regions.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (links, buttons, forms, menus) are accessible via keyboard. Tab order follows a logical reading sequence.
- Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are displayed on all interactive elements when navigated via keyboard, making it clear which element is currently active.
- Alt text on images: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked appropriately so screen readers can skip them.
- Semantic HTML structure: We use proper heading hierarchy (h1–h6), lists, tables, and other semantic elements to ensure content is well-structured and machine-readable.
- Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
- Responsive design: The website is fully responsive and adapts to all screen sizes, from mobile phones to large desktop monitors, without loss of content or functionality.
4. Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of our website may not be fully accessible. We are transparent about these limitations and are working to resolve them:
- Third-party embedded content: Some embedded content from third parties (such as Google Maps, YouTube videos, and social media widgets) may not be fully accessible. We have limited control over the accessibility of third-party content, but we select providers with strong accessibility track records where possible.
- PDF documents: Some downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to ensure all new PDFs are created with accessibility in mind. If you need an accessible version of any document, please contact us.
5. Feedback & Reporting Issues
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty using any part of the site, or need content in an alternative format, please let us know:
